I am a wife, a mother, and a career prosecutor. My husband, Lanier, and I have raised our family in Baldwin County. I want to run for Baldwin County Circuit Court Judge to keep my family safe and to keep your families safe, as well. I decided to become an attorney after I did a summer newspaper internship where I had the chance to report about children who had been victims of crime. From that point on, I knew I wanted to become an attorney and that I wanted to advocate for child victims and protect families.
I have been practicing law for 25 years, where I have worked for the Alabama Attorney General’s Office, the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office, and the Baldwin County District Attorney’s Office. I have been blessed by getting to pursue that calling throughout my career. I have also raised a family with my husband, and we have taken care of our elderly parents. Through it all, I have gained the legal experience and the life experience to be a good judge. Judges are supposed to apply the law to the facts, and I believe that the law should be applied equally and fairly to everyone who comes to court. I hope you will trust me with your vote to become the next Baldwin County Circuit Judge.
